Arun integrates effective Stress Management techniques, based on strong scientific evidence, with other healing modalities, to successfully manage stress. Individual one-on-one, Group and Corporate programs are available.

Stress is a major factor in most diseases and ailments of the body and the mind. And who doesn’t experience stress in their daily lives in this age? The effective management of stress goes a long way in experiencing happiness and healing oneself.

 

Research has found that bringing the basal metabolic rate to levels lower than that experienced in sleep activates healing processes in the body and mind. Arun makes use of systematic stress management techniques based on these findings, that can be practiced by individuals on their own.

 

Arun was first exposed to groundbreaking stress management techniques developed by Svyasa, a research based healing center in India, many years ago. These techniques helped busy top-level executives manage stress most effectively, and to consequently increase the efficiency and revenues in their companies. Over time these busy executives have reported that it also made a great difference to their health and personal lives. Using present day research, Arun has built upon these techniques to create his own unique Stress Management programs that have immensely benefited his clients with health, business, relationship, and personal issues.
